It's Been A Long Time. Is Change Going to Come? Will It Hurt or Will It Heal?

I have been on this subject matter for some time through no choice of my own. But curiosity really got a hold of me in 2021, or just around the time of the ‘pandemic’ in 2020. Since then, much was systematically revealed to me over time. In 2021, what I had already blew my mind. Of course, my mother already knew. She had this evidence gathered. It was in our hands and when we first arrived, I was so spoilt that I thought that the professionals would look at it and work out justice for us. How naive, and how I lacked a fundamental understanding of how the world actually worked.

Understanding the liquidation was the entry point. Not easy, but easier than what information would follow - the trails - the spiderweb.

I’ve been mapping out links for my understanding, since I knew I could garner some sense if I turned what pieces of information I had into an infographic; starting with a mind map. Often these mind maps stemmed from a period of time when we encountered an organization that was directly oppressive or that seemed to suddenly show up everywhere we went - including to other counties that we fled to. We’d pick up patterns before we gauged that these may not have been not random appearances.

Other maps followed - often on paper, some of them in fragmented notes.

I started with the company APSYSET - the IT company my mother started while we lived in a humble 3-bedroomed cluster in the humble part of Grayston. My sisters and I watched her build this business, after she’d prepared us for potential financial tightening. In what seemed like no time, we moved into 45 Wilton Avenue in Bryanston where we’d met a lovely estate agent and eventually, the owners of the home who were selling. The home became a company asset. I have detailed the events leading up to theatrical seizing of the property in 2013.

Then in the timeline, it correlates the year 2011, as the year when things really became tumultuous and different in South Africa:

• Just after the World Cup

• Mining licenses are approved for another business (Four Rivers)

• The introduction of business rescue to South Africa across a number of businesses. This the year when it came into effect around May, reaching its peak in 2015-2016, after which these proceedings declined. However, when it was in effect, there was an immediate uptick

• APSYSET was coerced into business rescue, which should have rescued the business if there weren’t any false creditors, and if the client (Masana Technologies) did not decide to liquidate itself to escape claims from APSYEST which were approved by the High Court and were subsequently expunged due to liquidation. However, MaSANA committed fraud in listing INVESTEC as one of its creditors, since the holding company had shares in Invested (around 25% at the time)

  • In any case, in 2011, this plan was put in place for APSYSET. It didn’t hold any water, so, another liquidation attempt was made on it until in 2013, they kicked us out the house on the basis on false creditors - one of which was SARS, who, in fact owed money to APSYSET from tax overpayments over the years. To this day, they’ve been avoiding paying them. One of the ex-directors signed as a secretary and chased these funds. She is no longer with us. That ‘secretary’ was my aunt. But she also worked in Transnet after declining a job at the UN where she’d have to relocate to Switzerland. But I digress.

Explaining areas of the map

To understand this case, as I am learning, you have to understand this piece of land. You need to fathom the potential of its resources

The Bushveld Complex:

It is the largest layered igneous intrusion on Earth.

Also has one of the largest chromite reserves which account for over 80% of the world’s chromium resources.

Sekhukhune District

• The Sekhukhune District Municipality is in the Limpopo Province in the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Complex

• Then Tubatse is the core municipality in the Sekhukhune District

• This region holds around 41% of PGMs in South Africa

• This region in particular happens to have the richest sources of platinum group metals

• The key minerals in the tubaist area are PGMs, including platinum, palladium, iridium, osmium, rhodium and ruthenium. The are also consistent of chromium, iron and titanium which are found alongside PGSs and chromium.

• Cobalt is also present as the byproduct of sulphide minerals that are associated with platinum

• Other minerals are copper, nickel, oxides like magnetite, ilmenite, chromite, silicates like augite, topside, phlogopite, native elements such as native copper and native platinum, and sulphosalts like sperrylite, laureate and bromelite.

Industries that benefit from these minerals are:

• the automotive industry: catalytic converters to reduce vehicle emissions. In fact, 80% of global platinum, palladium and rhodium are used for this reason. They catalyze the conversion of pollutants into less harmful gases.

• The chemical and petrochemical industry: for producing nitric acid, petroleum refining to product high-octane gasoline and aromatic compounds, oil refinement and explosives. Rhodium and ruthenium are used for hydrosilication in silicone and speciality chemicals.

• Electronics and data storage: hard disk drives performance is increased with rhodium, for capacitors and circuits and platinum is used for electrodes and sensors in the medical industry.

• Jewelry and investment bullion and coins

• Medical and dental: cancer treatment that uses platinum-based drugs for chemotherapy, medical implants like stents, pacemakers and surgical tools and dental alloys used in crowns and brigdes.

• Glass and fiber-optics manufacturing for LCD glass, fiberglass and optical fibers

• Aerospace and defense: PGMs for jet engines and turbines and iridium for deep space communication systems and extreme-environment sensors.Energy and environmental technologies like hydrogen economy. Platinum is used for fuel cells for green hydrogen production. Wind turbines use titanium for corrosion resistance.

• Industrial tools and equipment mentioned before

The more I start to understand this, the more I start to accept just how designed my life had been growing up - designed to be weak and compliant, eager for love and acceptance even if it meant giving away what was not meant to be. I start to see God’s purpose.

The irony is not lost on me, though, that my family was entrusted with a heavy load yet have been persecuted so much so that we are skirting around poverty, clinging for dear life on who we are - who we know ourselves to be. And it was never defined by these things; thing which I find out about after the fact. Maybe it would have been better to know much sooner. Instead we dug for spiritual treasures. These trials just made me dig deeper.

Mining Rights Conditions and Reasons for Four Rivers being Awarded Them, Management Agreement

I attached in the mind map screenshots of the Bakgaltla Ga Selala chief terminating the contract with Nimcor in 2012. It based the reason for this on: The fact that Nimcor failed to fulfill its obligations in whole of the agreement. I will quote the rest of the paragraph: “We therefore recommend FOUR RIVERS 338 (PTY) LTD projects whom we entered a new agreement with them to be granted mine dooms processing license to continue from where [Nimor] Legume Modise has left off any further information can be applied to us as soon as possible.” They then proceed to list the failings of Nimor. They raised issues which are very critical in understanding the case and the stakeholders with motives.

Such issues included a lack of transparency or books for funds, the selling to various companies while not compensating the community, not having contract with laborers, lying about proceeds; claiming that they were working at a loss while they were loading thousands of tons of resource monthly. They had issues with the lack of disclosure and transparency when it came to the various companies they sent minerals to, stating that these were joint ventures they had with these companies. It’s important to note that joint ventures and consortiums is usually the way these things go, obscuring responsibilities.

The banks and South Africa’s Financial Institutions:

Standard Bank:

• 45 Wilton account involvement

• 2017 bank statement showed that APSYSET owned 45 Wilton Ave

Nedbank:

• 45 Wilton account involvement

ABSA Bank:

• The bank that APSYSET banks with,

• Ramos was the Group chair of ABSA group between 2009-2019.

• I had a job offer at ABSA through IBM via Rob Le Grange(2017)

• Simultaneously, I had a job offer from Nedbank at the same time (2017)

Investec:

• The bank or wealth fund manager which PEU Holdings had 25% shareholding in when they added them as a creditor in their liquidation proceedings, initiated to avoid the R55 Million claim that they owed APSYSET.

SARS (The South African Revenue Service):

• A SARS representative, Kurshida Ally was okay to create ‘credits’ that were owed to SARS by APSYSET, whereas they owed APSYSET overpayments of taxes, of which we have proof of to this day. They did to pretend that the business could not be rescued. All this especially after mining rights were finally awarded.

Family, friends and acquaintances:

• The map displays parts of the I may have to revisit this one but reserve information for the sake of privacy of these people but also to analyze appropriately in a fair setting. There is a time and a place for this layer of information, although I may have to touch on some areas.

Direct Relationships and community ties:

• Patrice Motsepe was approached in connection to the dumps

• Susan Mohale joined Bryanston Congregation in 2011. She is the wife of Bidvest Chairman, Bonang Mohale

• Important to note is the fact that Invested led the acquisition of Noonan, which becomes Bidets Noonan in South Africa.

• Bonang Mohale is also known to be on the board of various large enterprises. He formed the Seraliong Consortium that was responsible for Easy Equities. H his also on the board of Shell, Sanlam, Bush and Rand Merchant Bank

45 Wilton, Dubai World and DP World, 2010 World Cup and Congo:

• The building in Dubai World is where the company Artoil Petroleum was recorded to be.

• Artoil Petroleum was said to be in the South Africa address: 45 Wilton Avenue, while the Dubai branch was in Dubai World, a district shared by the Dubai airport which was built ion 2010 and officially opened in 2013.

• My mom devised proposals for the Democratic of Congo, which was related to Four Rivers Mining Projects when the mining rights application were still in process. It outlined three projects, namely: Project Coal 1, Project Coal 2 and Project Platinum, Project Africa, which would include strategic relationships in the DRC to replace manual mining with machinery. Some of these projects had mining rights awarded and mining projects to begin within two weeks of the date the proposal was written or presented.

• Key partners in the project were Chiefs as key stakeholders, communities who should’ve been compensated for whatever resources were mined in their land, Eskom, and water projects (which is one of the agreements. Miners were to compensate the communities through development, primarily water access)

• Note that 2010 was the World Cup in South Africa

  • Note that 2010 was the year Epstein was very interested in doing business in South Africa (efta02413356), while seeming to maintain distance from direct dealings. However, some files show talks of projects in Congo via Peter Mandelson. Mandelson met with representatives of banks Nedbank and ABSA. This same year, Epstein meets with Zuma on the 6th March.

• Since we’re on the subject of Epstein, file EFTA01366645 lists transactions in the EMEA region, with Polokwane (Limpopo) as the focus of South Africa

Proposals after Mining Rights Were Awarded:

• Danisa Baloyi. Her proposal cam with an ambush to Luthuli House to coax my mom into ANC membership. When she explained her views and refused on the basis of political neutrality, persecution ensued heavily.

• Douglas Rampahosa, Cyril’s brother

• Jubilee Mining

• I have recently discovered that Jubilee mining is associated with Mathews Phosa, who is the chairman (Jubilee Metals Group, a London Stock market listed company) He had tried to “help” my mother but soon, he became part of the persecution as she had refused.

• Jubilee Mining also decided to shift to chrome (previously called Jubilee Platinum PLC when founded in 2001). They also shifted to production in 2009.

• I included some images screenshots of emails from my mother’s gmail account of proposals coming in with regards to the mining rights.

Workplace - PRASA, ABSA, ABG:

• I realize now the possible connection to PRASA and Maria Ramos. I worked for a company called Blackstar, who were looking for interns from the University of Johannesburg who were black. I applied and had been there a while. I knew of the rolling and new rolling stock that would be developed for Prasa. I knew that PRASA was a group of transportation services fell under one company, PRASA and that they had inherited it from TRANSNET. What I recently found out was that it had inherited PRASA IN 2009 when Maria Ramos sold Transnet assets during her tenure at TRANSNET.

• I had started working in Blackstar during 2012 towards the end of the year for a three month internship, building workshop documents to propose an interoperable ticketing system to be implemented In the next 20/30 years in different stages.

DOJ Systems start to change, beginning with labour applications, allowing asylum seekers to work in Ireland after 18 months upon arrival. 2020 slowed down tribunal proceeding which would take place online

Residences and noise pollution always goes hand in hand even these days. We suspect it is V2K simply because the sounds themselves don’t make sense particularly in carpeted hotel rooms. Since going from hotel to hotel, sounds would include a knocking/ banging noise and then furniture moving around, and scraping of a heavy object against the floor or a ping ball dropping and bouncing. This usually would take place towards the evenings but could also occur in the daytime especially when our laptops are out and we’re working or if we are preparing to sleep. These noises persist during sleep. We suspect they are intended to affect the psyche by inducing stress and aligning the heating on the roof to our heartbeats, sometimes triggering a fight or flight response.

Ramaphosa meets Trumq and Rupert is present***?. You need to also understand the relationship between Rupert and the politicians in the country and the pan-africans agenda. While I do not participate in the politics of this world, this information is being analyzed for the purpose of figuring out the motive behind certain actions and communications. Rupert has tried to contact my mother a number of times though she was too reluctant to respond. How much of media is actually the truth, I guess I may not ever really know. However here is what I have found in various sources. At the center of all these people and organizations is Rand Merchant Bank (RMB).
